 About Us
The Auto Experts was founded in 2002 by owners Ty and Nina Keoraj. Ty and Nina have been together since they were 16 years old and were married in 1998. They have two wonderful daughters, Alison (8) and Brianna (2). Ty is an avid outdoorsman and his girls love to go fishing with him and go for rides in his boat. You may see them around the shop once in a while as well, because they love to learn the ropes of fixing cars from their dad. Nina enjoys spending time with her girls, scrapbooking, and playing tennis. She does the bookkeeping and marketing for the shop and does a lot of the “behind the scenes” work that makes the shop run smoothly.
 At The Auto Experts, we’ve built our great reputation through our “Customers for Life” way of doing business. We treat all our customers like we would treat any member of our family. We’ve worked hard to make our business a success. Our one and only goal since we opened our doors has been to have a shop that people can count on for sound advice and quality service, where they know they will be dealt with honestly and respectfully. The Auto Experts is not a huge corporation with a chain of service centers, however, you will not get any less service from us than you would from a big chain — one thing we can provide that the bigger companies cannot is that “small town” atmosphere and personal one-on-one service that sometimes gets forgotten about in the hustle and bustle of big corporate service centers or dealerships.
Ty personally makes sure every customer gets excellent service that goes beyond the industry standards and that his customers feel value in every hard-earned dollar spent at our shop. And if there is ever a problem, he’s right there to see to it that it's dealt with promptly and with the least amount of inconvenience to the customer as possible. We believe that the sign of a good business is not only how you handle yourself when things go right, but in large part how you handle yourself when things go wrong. Ty will make sure you’re completely satisfied with the service you receive at each and every visit to our shop! And that’s guaranteed!
