At The Auto Experts, we value each and every customer that walks through our door!  We know that without you, we wouldn't be in business, so in order to let you know how much we appreciate you selecting our shop for all your automotive repair and service needs, we have several programs in place to reward you, our loyal customers.  

Loyalty Rewards Program

Vehicle maintenance is an important part of keeping your car running smoothly.  Regular vehicle maintenance can save you thousands of dollars in unexpected repair bills and untimely breakdowns.  It is wise to bring your vehicle to the same shop for ALL your maintenance and repair needs because that shop knows what work has been done on your vehicle and can monitor small problems and get them taken care of before they become big headaches that leave you stranded on the side of the road.  We recommend that you have vehicle maintenance performed on your car at least 4 times per year and if you bring your vehicle in to us for all 4 of those maintenance visits, you will automatically be enrolled in our Customer Loyalty Rewards Program. We will send you your Rewards Card on the one-year anniversary of your first visit to our auto repair shop.  And every year that you remain a customer with at least 4 visits per year (whether they be for maintenance or repairs), you will get another Rewards Card to use for that year, which has everything from $100 to $400 in free services and discounts, depending on how long you have been a customer.  So whether you’re in need of an oil change or have been putting off a major engine repair, come in and get it taken care of and you'll be on your way to getting your Rewards. 

Advantage Card Program

Two of the most important maintenance services that should be performed on your vehicle are oil changes and tire rotations.  Do these two things alone at the recommended times, and you could be saving yourself a significant amount of time and money down the road by extended the life of your engine, saving on fuel economy, extending the life of your tires, not to mention catching those small things early by doing our courtesy inspections at each oil change.  In order to help with the expense of these necessary maintenance items, we offer The Auto Experts Advantage Card.  You may purchase one card for $99 and you'll get 4 oil changes and 2 tire rotations -- that's over an $80 savings if you were to purchase those services separately.  And to help save even more,  if you buy an Advantage Card for two vehicles, you'll save $100, and if you buy a card for 3 or more vehicles you'll save over $300.  (That's the equivalent of 9 FREE oil changes!)  That's a savings you don't want to miss!     

Referral Program

We are always thankful for referrals from our customers, and we know it's the best kind of advertising we can get.  So if you are kind enough to refer a friend or family member to our shop, tell them to mention your name when they come in and they'll get $10 off their first visit.  And as our way of thanking you, we'll send you a card for a free oil change. And if we're lucky enough to have you put in a good word for us with 5 of your friends, in addition to getting 5 free oil changes, we'll also send you a $50 gift certificate to the place of your choosing. It's the least we can do to thank you for your kind referrals and being such a loyal customer!
